These terms are designed to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon our shipping practices to set clear expectations and protect both sides.

We offer FREE UK shipping.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, UK Standard Shipping usually takes 4-7 business days.
Please note that delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or national holidays may impact shipping times.

2.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday during normal business hours (excluding UK public holidays). We aim to minimise delays during peak or holiday seasons.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address
Changes to delivery addresses can be made at any time before your order has been dispatched. Please email us promptly at info@pablospack.co.uk.

2.4 P.O. Box Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services. Courier delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

2.5 Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for the unavailable item. Any remaining items will be shipped as normal.

2.6 Delivery Delays
If your delivery has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@pablospack.co.uk and we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

2.7 Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel’s journey.

3. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and notify the courier.

  • If already delivered, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately at info@pablospack.co.uk so we can assist you further.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for next steps.

5. Insurance
All shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

5.1 Damaged in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

5.2 Lost in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel has been lost.
