At Pablo’s Pack, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Tags must still be attached

  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions.

Important: Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@pablospack.co.uk so we can resolve it quickly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g. engraved name tags)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we also can’t accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. dog treats)

  • Personal care products (e.g. grooming sprays)

Exchanges

Want something different?
The quickest way is to return your item and make a new purchase once your return is approved.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet our return conditions: unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
