When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, UK delivery typically takes 4–7 working days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to email us at info@pablospack.co.uk - we're happy to help with sizing advice.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You have 14 days to return or exchange any unused item. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. To get started, contact us with your order number.
Do you support any dog rescue charities?
Yes, we’re proud to support Rescue Paws Newport, a local organisation that helps fund surgeries, supports dog rescue centres, and assists with rehoming efforts. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and a portion of every purchase helps make a difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You can also use Klarna to spread the cost of your order.

Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we ship within the UK only, but international delivery is coming soon.
What if my puppy grows out of their harness quickly?
If you’re unsure on sizing, drop us a message and we’ll help you choose something that lasts. Some customers size up and adjust -we’ll guide you based on your pup’s breed and age.
Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout, just before you complete your order. Only one code can be used per order.
